The onboarding process is the most important phase of working with us. The steps of the onboarding process include the following:

5/ How long does the onboarding process take?

Once the contract is signed by both parties, the onboarding process typically takes 1 month before we can start posting. A lot of time and planning is required to execute a great social media strategy - so we don’t like to rush this process! Please be advised that this process can also take longer, depending on your timely responses.

6 / Can i pay in installments?

Of course! We know that Social Media Management is an investment, so we provide you with the following payment options:

+ Weekly Payments (Due each week of the month)

+ Bi-Weekly Payments (Due on the 15th and 30th of each month)

+ Monthly Payments (Due on the 15th of each month)

7 / How long do we work together?

Although we'd absolutely love the opportunity to work with you indefinitely (we cherish our clients!), our primary objective is to empower you with knowledge throughout the entire process. Our approach involves providing comprehensive education so that, eventually, you'll have the skills to manage it independently. To initiate this journey, we typically require a 3-month contract, recognizing that it takes approximately 3-6 months to witness substantial results.

All communication is done through Slack, Whats App. For more formal communication, we utilize email.
